and communicate the interests of all
businesses involved in the fresh cook
quick service food sector.
The primary aim of the QSFA is to
provide the best possible service to the
most important stakeholder of all: our
customers. The QSFA is committed to the highest
standards in food, service and hygiene.The QSFA is committed to promoting best
practice in all aspects of its work. The Alliance aims to clearly communicate
its position on a range of issues relevant to
the quick service food sector.

The QSFA AGM will take place Thursday, 20th October in the Hodson Bay Hotel, Athlone at 2.00pm. All QSFA members and non-members are welcome

John Grace and the QSFA win High Court Constitutional Challenge to Joint Labour Committees
On the 7th July 2011 the QSFA won their High Court case against the Catering Joint Labour Committee, the Labour Court and the State. Mr. Justice Feeney found in the QSFA’s favour declaring the system which allows Joint Labour Committees (“JLCs”) and the Labour Court to make Employment Regulation Orders (“EROs”) as unconstitutional.
