About Us
The Quick Service Food Alliance was founded to represent, promote
and communicate the interests of all
businesses involved in the fresh cook
quick service food sector.
The primary aim of the QSFA is to
provide the best possible service to the
most important stakeholder of all: our
customers. The QSFA is committed to the highest
standards in food, service and hygiene. The QSFA is committed to promoting best
practice in all aspects of its work. The Alliance aims to clearly communicate
its position on a range of issues relevant to
the quick service food sector.
The QSFA has also encountered other areas that require urgent attention, not least the issue of Sunday pay. Over the last two years, we have been heavily active in seeking a solution to this very serious problem. It has been established that a constitutional challenge on the Catering JLC is the only action available that will address the JLC/ERO issues. This case has been allocated a hearing date of Wednesday, 16th March 2011.
The QSFA presently represents more than 200 members who operate in excess of 600 restaurants. Strength in such numbers gives the QSFA power to ensure that the interests of its members are represented at every level.
